Enjoy  all the best of St Croix with fresh produce from our wonderful farmers’ markets.     Look for “locally grown” on many of the menus at our specialty restaurants such as Bacchus,   Galleon and Salud.

La Reine Farmers’  Market is open on Saturday morning – you have to get there early to see everything.   This market is run by the Dept of Agriculture.    All local produce from home gardens.   Just 15 minutes drive from downtown Christiansted.

VI Farmers’  Cooperative  is open Thursday,   Friday and Saturday and is located in Estate Grange across from the Beeston Hill gym.    Get there early to enjoy the best they have to offer.  This market just keeps growing and soon hopes to be open every day.   This market is just 5 minutes from Christiansted.

Tropics Hydroponics Farm close to Salt River is open Wednesday and Saturday.    They have wonderful tomatoes and tasty Bibb lettuce.    They grow produce year round and are a great addition to the island.

ARTfarm on the South Shore has fabulous tomatoes in season and great salad greens and herbs.   When mangoes are in season,  they have the largest,  sweetest and best on the island.

Creque Dam Farm  on the West End is home to the Virgin Islands Sustainable Farm Institute which offers farming courses.   They also offer a unique service with “VI Locally Grown”….on Wednesdays you can pick up produce you have purchased online at
